Notice to students
S1 － S5 Level Classes
1. There will be no refund of tuition after classes have started.
2. Please pay the tuition for each period before classes.
3. Absentee Policy:
(i) A student who has class once a week may receive credit for at most one absence in a five-month period (Sept 1 - Jan 31 and Feb 1 - Jun 30.) The tuition fee for the missed lesson will be deducted from the tuition for the next period. There will be no tuition fee deduction for more than one absence.
(ii) A student who has class twice a week may receive credit for at most two absences in a five-month period (Sept 1 - Jan 31 and Feb 1 - Jun 30.) The tuition fees for the missed lessons will be deducted from the tuition for the next period. There will be no tuition fee deduction for more than two absences.
(iii) Students must notify our office staff before they will be absent; otherwise no credit will be given.
(iv) There will be no make-up lessons for absentees, but they may obtain the hand-out of the missed lesson.

Math, Physics, Chemistry, Science, and Calculus Classes
1. There will be no refund of tuition after classes have started.
2. Please pay the tuition fees for each period before the first class of that period.
3. Absentee Policy:
(i) Students must notify our office one day before to the day they will be absent.
(ii) For students taking Math, Calculus, Physics, Chemistry and Science, under no circumstances shall there be a refund due to absence.
(iii) Students who miss a class can arrange a make-up lesson within one week after their absence by consulting our office. There will be no make-up lesson for those who fail to arrange it within one week after their absence.
(iv) Make-up lessons will only be offer within one month after the date the student who missed a class.

TOEFL / LPI / Provincial (TLP) Classes
1. There will be no refund of tuition after classes have started.

(ii) For students taking TLP, under no circumstances shall there be a refund due to absence.

(ii) 凡修讀每星期上課兩次的學生，均只可在每五個月(即9月1日至1月31日 及 2月1日至6月30日) 內請間內最多可各請假兩次；因請假而缺課之學費，可在下期學費內扣回，恕不退回現金。超過者，恕不接受扣學費。
(iii) 所有需要請假的學生，必須於缺課日前通知 Office職員 ，否則恕不接受扣學費。
(iv) 所有缺課的學生均不獲補堂，只可取回講義 。
|
數、理、化、科學、微績分班
1. 所有課程於開課後學費恕不退回，只能補堂。
2. 每期學費請於上課前繳交。
3. 請假或缺課者須知：
(i) 所有需要請假的學生，必須於缺課日前一天通知 Office職員。
(ii) 凡修讀數、理、化、科學、Calculus學生，不論任何原因請假均不能退還該堂學費，只能補堂。
(iii) 所有缺課的學生，可於一星期內與Office職員預約時間補堂，如超過一星期不約補堂者，將不會再獲安排補堂。
(iv)所有補堂學生，要於一個月內補堂，如超過一個月不補堂者，將不會再獲補堂。
|
